Qualifications

With contacts that offer nationally recognised courses, we can refer our candidates to attain the required qualifications specific to working in the Community Services sector, including Aged and Disability Care.

What are the qualifications required for the jobs you offer?

The qualifications vary depending on the specific position however a relevant qualification in youth work, Disability, Aged care or similar. Experience is always highly favoured. Mandatory documentation includes:

A current Employee working with children check (WWCC)
A current Australian drivers license (Min P2)
First aid & CPR
International Police Check (if not a citizen or living in Australia less than 10yrs
National Police Check

What is the pay rate for the position on offer?

We are very competitive in the welfare sector, with rates starting at $41.53 p/h M-F.
