All our social welfare workers are vetted by a veteran recruitment team, and our contingency and emergency personnel are subject to ongoing training and assessment and compulsory compliance checks before being placed into a role. We ensure our team is kept abreast of the latest changes to welfare guidelines and legislation.
All Essential contingency staff must meet the following criteria:
- Clear National Police Check
- Clear International Police Check (If lived in Australia less than 10 years)
- Clear Working With Children Check
- First Aid (Min Level 2)
- Minimum Cert 4 in Community Services, Youth Work or similar*
