About Us

Essential Personnel Services was founded on the belief that everyone deserves a chance.

Our story began with a son's desire to provide a job for his mother, who arrived in Australia from New Zealand in 2004 with a higher education and significant experience in the social and community services sector. Despite her qualifications and experience, it was difficult to find work in her field of expertise.

In 2009, the son and two friends started a welfare-specific, niche, boutique staffing agency that provided the employment his mother was unable to find via the conventional route.

She was then able to use her knowledge, skills, and years of experience to make an impactful difference in the lives of those she was engaged to care for.

We continue to operate today and into the future from a place of care and ensure everyone we engage with knows that wherever you find us, you will find love at the core of everything we do.
