We provide comprehensive care services to meet the individual needs of our clients, from NDIS care via third-party clients to transportation and everything in between.
We are proud to provide caring, trustworthy, and empathetic support workers.
We take the time to listen to the needs and work with our service partners to ensure that those in our community that need the most support, receive the highest quality of care.
Our carers come with significant life skills and are committed to providing care that is respectful, dignified, compassionate, and empathetic. They are also trained in traditional family values, such as:
Respect:Our carers treat each individual with respect, regardless of their age, ability, or background.
Dignity:Our carers help to maintain the dignity of each individual, by respecting their privacy and choices.
Compassion:Our carers are compassionate and understanding, and they are always willing to listen to the needs of the individual.
Empathy:Our carers are able to put themselves in the shoes of the individual, and they understand what they are going through.
We believe that these values are essential for providing quality care to our clients and NDIS participants via third-party clients. We are committed to helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where they can feel respected, valued, and loved.

The T&A program is facilitated by an experienced and current residential care and youth justice trained worker. The program covers a wide range of topics, including:
Residential care practices: This includes topics such as providing personal care, managing challenging behaviours, and promoting independence.
Youth justice:This includes topics such as understanding trauma, working with at-risk youth, and preventing violence.
Regulatory requirements:This includes topics such as child protection laws, health and safety regulations, and infection control procedures.
Client expectations:This includes topics such as communication, compassion, and cultural awareness.
The T&A program is a vital part of our commitment to providing quality care to our service partners. We believe that by investing in our carers' training and development, we can ensure that they are best equipped to meet the needs of the clients and participants they will be engaged to support.
