We offer a full support service for clients and/or NDIS participants via third-party clients that need workers when their usual care arrangements change.

One offer that sets us apart from every other agency is our "Try Before You Hire" option, where we will float adequate workers that we believe best fit your organisation's needs and the needs of the young people and participants we're engaged to support.
We offer a culturally diverse, qualified, and empathetic casual labor hire workforce with a customer satisfaction outlook, a strive for excellence and compassion with boundaries.
All of our workers are fully trained and qualified. We place them within your organisation on a casual basis for a minimum of three months. If they are found suitable to your expectations, you are open to offer them a permanent placement with zero cost to you (nil transfer fee) provided the worker firstly wishes to cross over to your organisation and secondly, the worker has worked a minimum of 38hrs per week (456hrs min) 12 weeks prior to the negotiation.
All of our workers are subject to mandatory and regular compliance checks, including but not limited to;
International Police Checks (if lived in Australia less than 10 years)

(Employee)Qualified in Community Services (or equivalent)

We have a rigorous training and assessment program (T&A) in place to assess the suitability and capability of all our candidates. This program is designed to ensure that our carers have the knowledge, skills, and understanding they need to provide quality care to our clients.
The T&A program is facilitated by an experienced and current residential care and youth justice trained worker. The program covers a wide range of topics, including:
Residential care practices: This includes topics such as providing personal care, managing challenging behaviours, and promoting independence.
Youth justice:This includes topics such as understanding trauma, working with at-risk youth, and preventing violence.
Regulatory requirements:This includes topics such as child protection laws, health and safety regulations, and infection control procedures.
Client expectations:This includes topics such as communication, compassion, and cultural awareness.
The T&A program is a vital part of our commitment to providing quality care to our service partners. We believe that by investing in our carers' training and development, we can ensure that they are best equipped to meet the needs of the clients and participants they will be engaged to support.

The qualifications vary depending on the specific position however a relevant qualification in youth work, Disability, Aged care or similar. Experience is always highly favoured. Mandatory documentation includes:
