Mandatory
​Worker Checks

All our Carers are subject to mandatory and regular compliance checks, including but not limited to;
  • International Police Checks (if lived in Australia less than 10 years).
  • National Police Check.
  • Victorian Drivers History Checks
  • First Aid and CPR Certificates.
  • Pass Youth Justice Security & Health Checks

In-House ​Training

Before we place our people in the field, all our Carers undergo a thorough and rigorous internal “Training & Assessment (T&A)” program. Purpose of the T&A program is to assess and evaluate their suitability and capabilities, so we can provide them with the necessary tools & skills, guidance and understanding of their regulatory obligations and client expectations of a quality Carer. 

The T&A session is facilitated by an experienced Care worker.
