Essential Personnel Services (EPS) came from humble beginnings, being a sons desire to provide a job for his mother. As a new arrival to Australia, with significant experience in Care Giving, mum was unable to find regular work even with her vast experience and qualifications.
However once mum was given the opportunity to prove herself it was realised the real talent that mum brought was her own life skills, having experienced personal hardship and having built resilience through raising her own children as a single mother, made her the perfect carer. Attributes we continue to value to this day. At EPS, we take pride knowing that the services we offer, are for the betterment of our Community, our Elders and our Youth. |
