Try Before You Hire

EPS offers culturally diverse, qualified and empathetic casual Labour Hire workforce, client service excellence and the opportunity to "Try Before You Hire" option.

We will float workers to you that we believe best fit your organisations need and the needs of the young people.

We ensure all workers are fully trained and qualified, we place them within your organisation on a casual basis (Labour Hire) for minimum of three months and if they are found suitable to your expectations, you can offer permanent placement with zero cost to you (nil transfer fee).

Mandatory Checks

All Carers are subject to mandatory and regular compliance checks, including but not limited to;
  • International Police Checks (if lived in Australia less than 10 years)
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Qualified in Community Services (or equivalent)
  • Mandatory Trauma Informed Care units.
  • First Aid and CPR

In-House Training

Before we place our people in the field, all our Carers undergo a thorough and rigorous internal “Training & Assessment (T&A)” program.

Purpose of the T&A program is to help us assess and evaluate suitability and worker capabilities, so we can provide them with the necessary tools, skills and understanding of your regulatory obligations and client expectations of a quality Carer. 

The T&A is facilitated by an experienced and current Residential Care & Youth Justice trained Worker.
