In-House Training
Before we place our people in the field, all our Carers undergo a thorough and rigorous internal “Training & Assessment" (T&A) program.
Purpose of the T&A program is to help us assess and evaluate suitability and the worker capabilities, so we can provide candidates with the necessary guidance, tools, skills and understanding of their regulatory obligations and client expectations as a quality Carer.
The T&A is facilitated by an experienced and current Residential Care & Youth Justice and Aged Care trained Workers.
