Mandatory Worker Checks

All our Carers are subject to mandatory and regular compliance checks, including but not limited to;
  • NDIS Clearance
  • ​International Police Checks (if lived in Australia less than 10 years).
  • National Police Check.
  • Min qualification being Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).
  • Workers With Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR.

In-House Training

Before we place our people in the field, all our Disability Carer Support Workers undergo a thorough and rigorous internal “Training & Assessment" (T&A) program.

Purpose of the T&A program is to help us assess and evaluate suitability and the worker capabilities, so we can provide candidates with the necessary guidance, tools, skills and understanding of their regulatory obligations and client expectations as a quality Carer.
